The rules below define how industrial construction firms may access Bimons BIM software, what each party is responsible for, and where our liability ends. Read them before deploying the platform on active projects.
Bimons provides Building Information Modeling software, structural rendering tools, and related technical documentation for large-scale industrial construction firms. Access is granted to licensed organisations only, and each account must correspond to a named representative of that organisation.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us at info@bimons.com so we can suspend access while we review.
Project data you upload remains yours. Bimons stores and processes that data only to operate the software, maintain version history, and provide support. We do not use your structural models for any purpose outside the agreed service.
The platform is intended for professional BIM workflows in industrial construction. You may not reverse-engineer the software, resell access without written consent, or use the tools to build competing products. Internal training and testing on your own projects is permitted.
Bimons delivers software and rendering output as design aids. Final engineering decisions, compliance checks, and structural approvals remain the responsibility of the licensed engineer. We are not liable for decisions made solely on unvalidated render output.
We may revise these conditions when the platform changes or when Australian regulations require it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced through the contact details you provided at registration.
